Producing time

Producing time depends on the size and complexity of the products. In our experience generally it takes 5-8 days, because every part of product is HANDMADE 🙂

Shipping time

Europe is 3 – 7 days

The US is 5 – 10 days

Australia, Canada, Asia, Africa is 7 – 19 days

Shipping price

We like things clearly so no worries about shipping cost. The shipping cost of all size products is only 10 euros worldwide.

Import taxes

We inform that buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return policy

The return of the products can be made within 14 days, calculated from the moment of receiving the package. To return a product please send us an e-mails at info@mandala.lt Buyer pays for return shipping.
