Do you have a stock or do you create a product once you get an order?

We produce only to order. Therefore, you can always contact us via info@mandala.lt  if you want to make size or other adjustments. We will do our best!

What is the production time of the order?

Producing time depends on the size and complexity of the products. In our experience generally it takes 3-8 days, because every part of the products is partially handmade. 

*Important notice - if you see that you do not have that time, please, contact us and we will find the solution!

Where I can ship my order?

We are happy that we can ship worldwide! So your order will be delivered anywhere in the World.
We inform that buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What is the price for shipping?

We like things clearly. The shipping cost of all size products is only 10 euros worldwide.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method you choose, but generally, it takes 4-10 days.

How I can order a personalized gift?

It’s awesome you are looking for a personalized gift! Share with us your idea and we will do our best to create it. Just contact us, or if it is more convenient, write us directly on Facebook or Instagram.

What is the price for personalized order?

If it is only the modification of color or its combination, you will find the specified price on the product page as a custom color. It is only a symbolic price. We love creative solutions and happy clients!

Otherwise, a fully personalized order is really individual, because it depends on a lot of factors, such as:

- the complexity of the product;

- the layers;

- a vector design (if you already have it or it is needed to create).

 

But generally from our experience, the price can be 20-50€ higher to a similar size product price. The final price we could say once as we know your idea.

The order was delivered broken. How I can contact you?

Please, contact us immediately by e-mail at info@mandala.lt, attach photos of the product and package, and describe the situation. We will reply ASAP.

How I can return an item?

The return of the products can be made within 14 days, calculated from the moment of receiving the package. To return a product please send us an e-mail at info@mandala.lt Buyer pays for return shipping.

*Important notice - personal design and customized orders are not refundable (except damaged products).

I need an invoice. How can I get it?

The invoice is sent to you once we get your order. If you do not see that e-mail, please check SPAM.

What methods of payment do you take?

PayPal or payment by Credit Card (Stripe). We prefer safe and clear ways.

I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

Please, contact us immediately via info@mandala.lt and we will do our best!

My order was sent. Can I track it?

Yes, of course. You will get a tracking number by e-mail once your product will be sent. If you do not see that e-mail, please check SPAM.
